Please be advised that Title Insurance is not invoiced by our office, hence we are unable to give you a quote. You may want to get a quote directly from Title Insurance Company such as FCT or Stewart Title. If you have a mortgage on your property, then due to a processing time at the Property Registry Office your mortgage funds may not be released until 2 to 4 weeks after possession. Therefore you would be expected to pay at least one months interest in advance. The advance interest is refundable on prorated bases, depending on the date when the funds are released from your lender and/or when the transfer & Mortgage is registered at the Property Registry office.
