Their fees is upfront. No hidden charges. I checked their fees online on their website before calling them. They did not charge me more. My previous Real Estate Lawyer gave quoted for less amount but but when I got the invoice on the date of signing the documents, I noticed he bumped up his bill to over $1600. These guys do not give you surprises.
