Real Estate Lawyer Fees For Sale

Our Real Estate Lawyer fees for selling a property is $999 + Tax. We charge flat legal fees for selling a property and do not charge additional fees if your property value is higher. 

Why are we different?
We charge flat legal fees for selling a property and do not charge additional fees under other pretexts, such as we DO NOT charge additional fees;

• if your property value is higher
• if there is more than one seller
• if there is more than one execution against any party.

What is Included in Legal Fees: 

• Review of Agreement of Purchase & Sale
• Review Title Searches
  Review of the requisition letter from the purchaser
• Review documents prepared by the Purchaser’s lawyer.
• Draft all Sale, Transfer, discharge of mortgage & closing documents.
• Ensure the mortgage balance is paid out and discharged from the property title.
• Coordinate with financial institutions if necessary.
• Completing the real estate purchase per the highest standards and protocols. 
• One Appointment/ Mobile Signing.
• One Mortgage Pay-out

Fixed Disbursements Costs of $450 + HST;

Flat disbursements charge is disclosed upfront, and it includes;

• One Mortgage Pay-out
• One certified cheque to the client (if applicable)
• Bank Charges
• Wire Charges 
• Photocopies
• Postage
• Long Distance Telephone
• Travelling Expense
• Courier Charges
• Conveyancing Charges
• File Storage Charge

   

Closing Costs NOT included in Fees;

• • Per additional Payout $63 + HST if required;
  • Law Society Levy  $73.45
  • Unity Charges: $271.20

Important Note: We have capped office disbursements and disclosed third-party disbursements. There are no hidden charges last minute.
