Real Estate Lawyer Fees For Purchase

Our Real Estate Lawyer fee for a cash purchase is $999 + Tax. Add $99 if purchasing with a mortgage. We charge flat legal fees for selling a property and do not charge additional fees if your property value is higher.

Why are we different?
We charge flat legal fees for buying a property and do not charge additional fees under other pretexts, such as we do not charge additional fees;

if your property value is higher
if there is more than one seller
if there is more than one execution against any part.
if there are tenants at the property
if any assumption of rental items on the property

Review Title Searches
Review Writ Searches
Review documents prepared by the Vendor’s lawyer.
Draft all Transfer, mortgage & closing documents.
Ensure there are no liens on the property title.
Coordinate with financial institutions if necessary.
Arrange and review for title insurance.
Completing the real estate purchase per the highest standards and protocols.
One Appointment/ Mobile Signing.

This quote is based on the information received. Please be advised that all prices are subject to change if any information provided is incorrect, incomplete or unavailable at the time of the quote or if the Law Society of Upper Canada Levy changes before your closing.

Note: Our Flat Legal Fee is based on a Residential Transaction for a vacant single-family property on the date of closing and upon receipt of mortgage instructions a week before closing (if applicable). The quotes above assume there are no reasonably foreseen complications. Rush Fees of $450 + HST will apply if documents or instructions are received less than seven days before closing or if there is a change less than seven days before closing.
